About the role
We're hiring a Product Designer to define how powerful AI tools should look and feel. You'll own flows end-to-end — research, interaction design, visual polish — across ChatterMate, Forge, TutorMate, and CleverImage.
You care deeply about clarity. Our products do a lot, and your job is to make them feel simple, learnable, and trustworthy for everyone from first-time creators to power users.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end product flows, from early concepts to shipped UI.
- Maintain and evolve our design system in close partnership with engineering.
- Run lightweight research and usability testing to validate decisions.
- Prototype interactions and motion that make complex features feel effortless.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Mastery of modern design tooling (Figma) and systems thinking.
- Ability to balance craft with shipping velocity on a small team.
- Clear communication and a collaborative, feedback-friendly approach.
Nice to have
- Experience designing developer tools or AI products.
- Comfort with prototyping in code or working in design tokens.
- An eye for motion and micro-interactions.
