About the role

Our Customer Success Specialist is the trusted partner for the teams who build on CleverCreator. You'll guide new customers through onboarding, help them get real value quickly, and be their advocate inside the company.

You'll work closely with product and engineering, turning the patterns you hear from customers into clear, prioritized feedback that shapes what we build next.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new customers and help them reach value fast.
  • Respond to questions and resolve issues with empathy and speed.
  • Build help content, guides, and FAQs that scale support.
  • Channel customer feedback into actionable product insights.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in customer success, support, or account management.
  • Excellent written communication and a genuinely helpful mindset.
  • Comfort learning technical products and explaining them simply.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across many conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting SaaS or developer-facing products.
  • Familiarity with support and knowledge-base tooling.
  • An interest in AI and creator tools.
