Manage your account, billing, and API keys

A complete walkthrough of your CleverCreator account settings — top up credits, generate API keys, set spend limits, and manage team members.

Access account settings

Click your avatar in the top-right of any CleverCreator page and choose Settings. You can also reach it directly at clevercreator.ai/dashboard/settings.

Top up your credit balance

Go to Settings → Billing → Add Credits. Choose a credit package or enter a custom amount, then complete payment via Stripe. Credits are added to your account instantly and shared across all four products.

Set up Auto Top-Up (Settings → Billing → Auto Top-Up) to avoid interruptions — CleverCreator will automatically add credits when your balance drops below a threshold you define.

Set a monthly spend limit

Under Settings → Billing → Spend Limit, enter the maximum amount you want to be charged in a single month. CleverCreator will pause AI features when the limit is reached and notify you, so you're never surprised.

Generate an API key

Go to Settings → API Keys → New Key. Give the key a descriptive name (e.g., "My App – Production"), optionally restrict it to specific products or IP ranges, and click Create. Copy the key immediately — it's only shown once.

Rotate keys regularly and use separate keys for each app or environment. Revoke any key you no longer use from the same settings page.

Invite team members

Under Settings → Team, click Invite Member and enter an email address. Choose a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer) and send the invite. Team members share the account's credit balance and can be removed at any time.
