Use the image-to-image workflow in CleverImage

Upload a reference image — a sketch, photo, or brand asset — and let CleverImage generate styled variations that match your visual direction.

Open the Image-to-Image editor

Inside CleverImage, click New → Image to Image, or select Edit from the comparison grid of a previously generated image.

Upload your reference image

Click Upload Reference and select the image you want to use as a starting point — a rough sketch, a brand photo, a mood board screenshot, or any image that captures the direction you're going for.

The reference image doesn't need to be polished. Rough sketches work well — the model uses the structure and composition, not the artistic quality.

Write your prompt

Describe the outcome you want, focusing on how the reference should be transformed. For example: "Render this sketch as a photorealistic product shot with studio lighting and a white background."

Set the style strength

The Style Strength slider (0–100) controls how closely the output follows the reference image. Low values (20–40) produce images that loosely follow the structure; high values (70–90) stay very close to the original composition.

For logo or brand work, high style strength (80+) preserves the essential shape and proportions. For concept exploration, try lower values to let the model interpret more freely.

Generate and iterate

Click Generate to create multiple variations. Review the results, adjust your prompt or style strength, and regenerate as needed. Each result is saved to your session history so you can compare across iterations.
